Edwards makes innovative vacuum systems. When the company decided to differentiate its service offering with four new service programs, they turned to us for a way to explain this concept to its internal audience.
Choice of colors
We produced an animation with a cartoon-like infographic style to tell the story of service at Edwards. To make the new concept more tangible, we used different types of cars requiring different types of service as a metaphor. The story transitions from a black-and-white situation – service or no service – to one in which there are choices - represented by multiple colors. Along the way, the voice-over explains the reasoning behind the new service setup.
