DCM develops, produces and markets organic and organo-mineral fertilisers. It is the European market leader in this field, and the product range includes potting soils, soil improvers, covering materials, grass seeds and solutions of natural origin to prevent and/or treat plant diseases.
The company has subsidiaries in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria and the US, and works with distributors in other countries.
Because DCM highly values its partnerships, it organises an annual event where networking, new product introductions and marketing activities are key. This time, the event was extra special because of the 50th birthday of the company. To celebrate in an original way, DCM asked us to create a VR application that takes the attendees on a journey through the company's history, the new offerings and next year's marketing initiatives.
More than 400 partners were invited to DCM's HQ where they could live the immersive VR experience. The feedback on this innovative approach was overwhelmingly positive.
