The Department of Government Enablement offers specialised services to address the needs of residents and the business community and is highly committed to the digital transformation, facilitating an e-government that is proactive, personalised, collaborative, and secure.
DGE wanted to showcase its AI-enabled services in real contexts and commissioned us to create six AI generated videos that each follow an AI Ambassador. Not as a narrator, but as an everyday resident that uses these Government services in real contexts: opening a mobile app, accessing a smart platform, completing a task, and continuing with their lives. By showing real use across different life stages, the abstraction makes way for the clear value of the service.
Collectively, these stories reveal the breadth of initiatives while still being part of one cohesive narrative: "One AI-Native Government". While working quietly in the background, these services allow people to simply live, learn, work, care for the family, create, and invest. That’s why the six videos: demonstrate the human benefit through lived moments, not technical descriptions.
