Over these 5 days 900 Atlas Copco executives, business line managers and sales reps from all over the world gathered to catch up on the latest innovations and strategies.
It was our job to add a touch of colour to the occasion, and we did just that! We ordered 50 kilos of official-grade Holi powder (as in the well-known Indian festival of colours), wrapped our entire filming studio in plastic, invited volunteers from Atlas Copco and peppered them with clouds of colour.
But we did more. We made every slide of every presentation look its best. We animated an orchestra of air compressors in desperate need of a conductor. We set the tongue-in-cheek mood for a presentation resembling a well-known TV quiz show.
We made a 3D rendering of the Marketing Vice-President’s dreams of Formule-1 cars winning the race. We trapped a production manager inside his own VR app. We flew a drone over the production lines. And while we were at it, we made a video clip to give the opening act the extra power to blow away the audience from the start.
When the dust settled after months of intense collaboration, we had created no less than 20 presentations, 7 animations, 6 videos and 2 event booklets.
