When you’re restructuring a company, it may be difficult to get every employee on board. Aquafin, Flanders’ waste water treatment company, asked us to come up with an animation to visually explain its internal reorganization in a way that was comprehensible to everyone in the company, regardless of their position. The core notions that the animation had to convey were a process-based way of working and the breaking down of barriers between departments.
