Recruiting technicians with virtual tours

To get potential recruits interested in the company, the retail chain presented virtual visits at job fairs.


Several 360° videos were created, one at the HQ, another one in a distribution warehouse and a third one in one of the large stores.

At each location, the virtual visitor got an introduction by one of the local managers and could then literally have a look around in the premises.

The 360° videos were aimed at technicians, so the focus was on the 'behind-the-scenes' technical installations that keep the company running.

At the job fairs, VR goggles were available for the recruits, to offer an immersive experience and wet the appetite of working for the company.
