Award winning ADNOC stand engulfs visitors

Reaffirming our intense collaboration, this year’s ADIPEC presence was an unforgettable experience

As the premier event in the energy sector, ADIPEC brings together industry leaders to share insights and shape the future of energy. This year, we designed the ADNOC’s stand to be fully immersive and a one-of-a-kind experience.

Mission & vision

Our goal was clear: we didn’t just want to create content for the stand - we wanted to craft a total experience that would bring ADNOC’s mission and vision to life with a striking blend of cutting-edge technology, dynamic design, and interactive features.

The stand featured massive LED walls, a glowing LED ceiling, and LED flooring, all synchronized to create a vibrant, cohesive environment. Visitors entered the stand via a visualised data funnel in which streams of information flowed and transformed into energy through AI. Transparent screens displayed the data, seamlessly integrating with virtual environments on the LED screens behind them.

At the heart of the stand were custom-designed touch pods, each representing one of ADNOC’s core themes. The central pod was dedicated to an AI interface, while the others highlighted key aspects of ADNOC’s mission:

  • Empowering Lives: highlighting ADNOC’s role in creating opportunities for people, communities, and economies to thrive through its energy production and investments.
  • Advancing Net Zero: focusing on ADNOC’s commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2045 through sustainable energy solutions.
  • Powering Possible: showcasing the use of AI and digital technologies to boost operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Each pod was interactive, allowing visitors to trigger the dynamic content displayed on the larger LED walls.

Innovation at every turn

In addition to the eye-catching LED displays, we introduced 2 transparent screens in separate areas - one focusing on AI and the other on Robotics. These interactive zones allowed visitors to explore ADNOC’s operations, featuring informative videos and a custom-designed game: Fuel Delivery. The aim of the game was to deliver fuel within a set time, simulating the challenges ADNOC faces in maintaining supply across its extensive UAE network.

The Robotic Lab was another highlight, featuring 5 robots, each with an iPad displaying videos that explained ADNOC's technological advancements. Visitors could interact with the robots and learn about the future of energy technology.

To truly immerse visitors, we created 5 virtual environments inspired by ADNOC’s operations and the UAE’s stunning landscapes: the desert, the sea, the mangroves, a transition from control room to boardroom, and an abstract wave-inspired environment. These virtual worlds transported visitors into ADNOC’s world, making the experience both memorable and impactful.

The VIP intro and presentation were also a standout, with animations seamlessly flowing across the entire stand - walls, floor, and ceiling.

A stand that left a lasting impression

The result? A stunning stand that offered a fully interactive, immersive environment, showcasing ADNOC’s bold vision for the future of energy. It captivated visitors and set a new benchmark for how technology, design, and storytelling can come together in an exhibition setting.
The stand earned ADNOC the Best Stand Design award on this 40th anniversary edition of ADIPEC.
