Atlas Copco developed an automated service platform for the maintenance of small compressors. It links the customer, or its compressor fitted with the IoT SmartLink module, with a suitable service technician and handles all scheduling, administration, invoicing and payment. The PowerPoint presentation shows the different interactions between the parties in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
