IKEA is present around the world, but the image and marketing deliverables are carefully controlled. Staff is trained accordingly.

When IKEA changes the layout of one of its main store segments, it’s a big deal. To ensure consistency in all the stores worldwide, teams from all over the globe have to be on board. This takes a lot of communication and training material and… a video to guide people on what’s available and how to use it.

To make it more fun to watch, the trainer was filmed in a green screen environment. As she brings the audience up to speed on the available material, things pop up behind, in front and all around her.
